Chris was awesome! We were traveling thru Oregon when our slide out stuck in the open position. He met us at our rv park on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. He got right to the problem and even had the correct replacement part on his truck. He even taught me a thing or two about the slide out cable system. I would not hesitate to use him again. I am on my first long trip in my new to me 2008 Country Coach. I was scheduled to leave the Sister's RV Park on Wednesday when my slides quit working. Panicked I called At Your Door RV Repair. Chris got right back to me and very patiently walked me through how to find and reset the breaker for my slides. We probably spent close to 30 minutes trouble shooting and fixing this issue. The charge was zero, nada, nothing for this very kind extended phone consultation. Whenever I am in the area again Chris and At Your Door RV repair will be my go to guy. Thanks Chris. Chris totally saved my birthday. Our refrigerator was not cooling when we were stopped in Bend on our way to Washington. Even though Chris was busy, he came to the rescue. He spent alot of time troubleshooting the refrigerator and got it working again. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and fair with his pricing.
